This guide will help you set up unified reporting across your hotel portfolio, providing executives and property managers with real-time visibility into performance metrics.
Step 1: Configure Property Hierarchy
Establish your organizational structure in Thynk to enable proper reporting rollups and data segmentation across properties.
- Navigate to Settings → Properties in Thynk
- Create parent accounts for brands or management companies
- Add regions or markets if your portfolio spans multiple geographic areas
- Add individual properties with details: name, address, property type, room count, market segment
- Assign properties to regions and brands to establish hierarchy
- Set up property-level permissions for managers and sales teams
